Case No.: PL1P/GRz/74/2024
MB/LAW is pleased to announce the successful completion of arrangement approval proceedings for a road-transport company specializing in the delivery of goods and parcels.
The entrepreneur operated in the field of road transport and courier shipments, cooperating with reputable logistics companies. To maintain additional financial security, the business owner also relied on income from an employment contract.
However, the company faced financial difficulties caused by a sharp increase in fuel prices, unfavorable tax changes introduced under the “Polish Deal,” staffing shortages, and the termination of key commercial contracts.
Thanks to the actions of the arrangement supervisor, Attorney-at-Law Michał Burek, LL.M., Licensed Restructuring Advisor No. 1665, together with his support team, MB/LAW successfully reached agreements with creditors, conducted the voting process, and secured adoption of the arrangement. The arrangement was confirmed by the District Court in Płock on 16 December 2024.
