MB/LAW Legal Office is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of restructuring proceedings for a business specializing in the sale, installation, and carpentry services in the field of windows and doors.
The entrepreneur operated a business in the area of sales and installation of construction joinery products: windows, doors, shutters, garage doors, and other finishing products.
Due to a sharp increase in the prices of construction materials, a slowdown in construction investments, and a significant rise in business operating costs – the company faced financial difficulties.
Thanks to the efforts of the restructuring supervisor – attorney-at-law Michał Burek, LL.M., licensed restructuring advisor no. 1665 – and the support team, an agreement was reached with creditors, a vote was conducted, and the arrangement was approved. This was confirmed by the court’s official notice dated 09.02.2024.
- all interest, court fees, and enforcement costs for Group 2 creditors were fully written off,
- a secured creditor was included in the arrangement – repayment in 96 installments with interest of WIBOR 3M + 3% margin,
- remaining debts were divided into monthly installments (from 12 to 96 installments, depending on the group),
- a public-law creditor was also included in the arrangement – repayment in 12 equal monthly installments.
