Meet our team of experts
We are lawyers and managers with many years of experience. Our firm’s professionals have gained extensive practice in advising businesses, handling complex transactions, and managing restructuring and insolvency proceedings. We know how to negotiate with creditors and how to communicate with debtors and authorities in restructuring and bankruptcy cases. We assist both sides — creditors and debtors — in finding optimal solutions, always starting with an analysis of the client’s needs and keeping their interests and security in mind.
Experience
We have worked on numerous transactions and restructurings in the Polish market — from sole proprietorships and support for large enterprises to the comprehensive handling of cross-border proceedings and international holding structures. We have also participated in the compulsory restructuring of banking institutions. Collectively, our team has already been involved in over one hundred restructuring and insolvency proceedings, which means we truly know our field.
Network of experts
We focus exclusively on what we do best — and in other matters, we work with trusted partners. We have an extensive network of experts: court-appointed experts, tax advisors, financial analysts, and other specialists who support our team whenever needed, ensuring that every case is handled comprehensively and to the highest standard.
